By accessing or using CodeForgePrep, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
CodeForgePrep provides tools for mock interviews, coding challenges, learning resources, and related developer-focused content. Features may change or evolve without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent; (b) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code; (c) use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose; (d) upload content that is infringing, offensive, or violates any law or third-party rights.
6. Content Ownership & Licenses
All proprietary content on the Service (text, graphics, code, etc.) is owned by CodeForgePrep or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes.
7. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display that content solely for operating and improving the Service. You warrant that you have all rights to grant this license.
8. Fees & Payments
Certain features may be offered on a paid basis (“Premium”). All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.
11. Third-Party Links & Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services that are not owned or controlled by CodeForgePrep. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites or resources.
Your interaction with any third-party service or content is solely between you and the third party. We do not endorse, warrant, or assume any liability for third-party websites or services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeForgePrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeForgePrep, its officers, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
